I met Sue yesterday to track and take videos with my new iPhone. The iPhone is the COOLEST but when I downloaded videos it took FOREVER. Apparently I suck at downloading videos OR YouTube just wants to make sure they are of the highest quality and that's why it's taking so long. That I am happy.
Which brings me to my next comment regarding the videos. If they take a long time to download, or "buffer" you might want to just let the videos run and go brush a dog or something then come back after it buffers and it should run straight thru. That is for my blog stalkers who are less versed on the ins and outs of the internet. If you are over 40, ok 50, it's nothing to be ashamed of. You, like me, weren't born knowing how to make your way around the internet and computers. Best scenario is to click on all 3 videos, let them buffer, then come back and watch each one after it's run thru once. Make sense? Hope so. It will be worth it!! Hahaha!!!
Here is Sage. Sue is posing her. She is so cute. I didn't brush her, but you get the idea. Every time I look at Thrill he looks like he's stepped out of the grooming shop. I should be really happy for the great life he lives but my puppy looks like she sleeps in a barn. Poor Sage Brush. Barn puppy. Only kidding. I love Sage's waggy tail thru-out the whole video.
Here is Sage tracking a very short track. I was feeling like I was doing something wrong and Sage was having trouble so Sue ran her for me. My favorite thing is what Sue says at the end of the video.
The stopping on the tracks periodically is the puppies finding food drops (to motivate) and also at the flags are "jackpots", several pieces of food. At the end of all the tracks is usually breakfast. Sage got hers after she did 2 more tracks (or really 6 more tracks) which I did not videotape.
We did 2 more tracks after that of greater length. Sage is a good girl. If she lived with Sue I'm certain she would be doing what Thrill is doing. Sue's a master. But I am going to make excuses saying I need to ride my horseys also. And I love to sleep in.....r e m e m b e r ? ?. . . . . bbbbbllllllllaaaaaahhhhhhhhh!!!!!!
Here is Thrill on a very long track with one turn to the right. He's really good and it actually is his third track in a row. Cute, cute puppy. Watch him at the turn as he jumps up to grab the flag (at 1:38). Not that he's suppose to do that!
Thrill does such a beautiful turn and what's so great is I think it's only like his 2nd or 3rd day of turns. He doesn't even hesitate on finding the direction and taking it.
I was going to post a few more videos, one of him posing, but it's sucking up my internet time on my VZ Manager so I will have to forego it for now. So, there you go. 14 week old collie puppies who are adorable and smart!!! Posey, tracking collie puppies!!!!
