Omgosh what a difference a week makes in dorky little baby puppies and puppies starting to be very alert, agile and frickin' ADORABLE!!!
I took these photos this afternoon when Denise & her husband Gus got here to see the puppies. She's been waiting the longest time of any person on earth for a puppy from me so it was a big day. I tried to get as many photos of the girls as I could, but they weren't as posey as Kai, and then Noelle was fascinated with the LGDs so I got a lot of rear end photos that I couldn't use.
Denise with Holly. She crawled up into Denise's lap and that did Denise in.
Can you imagine if there were 12 puppies here? These 3 take up a lot of space!
Kai with a tug toy. All the puppies are learning how to tug and they are very cute about it too.
Sitka watching thru the fence. Both girls really want to see the babies.
Alaska was probably the most disgusting I've seen her in a long time. She has some kind of manure rubbed all over the side of her neck. She & Sitka also found deer leg bones that they brought to their pile. (They have a pile in the front yard too.)
Holly ~ Underjaws on both the girls REALLY disappeared this week. Ick!
This is Noelle. She was very fascinated with Sitka & Alaska.
Now she's super tough!!
Holly & Noelle. (In the photos that follow the girls are on the same sides.)
I love this photo!! Noelle & Kai.
Kai thought this was cool to sit on.
So that's it!!
Denise & Gus took T & I out to one of our favorite restaurants in town. She also printed out two "books" of my "Picture Pedigree" blog posts and put them in binders. I just love them and am going to give one to Sayuri as she isn't online to see it. Really a special gift! It was so much fun to have Denise finally see the puppies. 4 more weeks!!
